Membrane Filtration System

Microbial Filtration applies to microbial test or other solutions which need to filter. It is made up of filtration device (filtration support +funnel) and vacuum pump. During using this product, place the membrane on the filter head, fixed and sealed it by pressing funnel to form an integrated filtration device. Based on the principle of membrane filtration, separate the testing solution from microbe (or required particle material), and withholding the microbe or particle material on the membrane, transfer membrane. If do microbial limit test, culture it under the specified conditions, then colony count and observe.

By using the membrane filtration, the interference from antibacterial substances can be effectively eliminated in samples, and sampling amount can also be increased, leading to more accurate and reliable results compared with the plate method.
